Updated: Dec 28, 2018

Do you need to forgive someone? Are you holding onto regrets? Feeling stuck? Like, really stuck? Then it's no wonder the dragonfly has appeared! Where there is growth and strength, a dragonfly hides - eager to show you the path you need!

Dragonfly

Inventiveness, creative activation, codependency, musical, constructive, whimsical, cooperative, going with the flow, inspiration, go where the heart takes you, starting anew, fresh beginnings

Forgiveness

Learning to forgive opens the psyche completely to every form of healing. It is pure love and understanding. You may have begun the journey, or have been traveling for some time now, to reach resolution within your relationships and yourself. What a blessing to be offered this gift of maturity. "Well done," says the dragonfly. By choosing the path of forgiveness, all within you aligns with your purpose. You are on your way, dear one. Continue to infuse love within your heart and thoughts. There is more to be presented to you across the river of forgiveness.

Freedom

Are you in a head trap? Your mind running with 'what ifs' and back-up plans? Are you getting enough rest to recuperate? You may be caught up in old habits or destructive self-talk. Your faith may be shaking. Dragonflies represent the creation of new life through transformation of the past.

Social conditioning can lead to insecurity and feelings of isolation. The past is rearing its head for an important reason. In the past, you may have held yourself down, dimmed your light and talents for the sake of others' comfortability. Dragonflies bring confirmation that these uncomfortable memories and feelings are meant to open you up to better understanding yourself. Let the past teach you about your boundaries and where there has been success and where there hasn't.

It takes courage to be able to turn inwards and ask yourself, "what needs to change?"

Dragonflies are known to represent illusion. True freedom can only be attained when the mind is able to separate fear from the truth. Dragonflies remind us to create mental and emotional space by letting the dead weight go. This includes repressed emotions, limiting thoughts, and destructive habits. These have taught you well about yourself and the world around you, so remember to wish them well as they are let go. Strength is offered to you now and for the road ahead, as you are setting out on an entirely new journey within yourself, that will soon reflect in the outside world.

Remember that this world will surprise you, if you let it.

* What lesson have you received from the dragonfly? *

Blessings, soul friends
